Return and Exchange Policy
PZI Jeans will accept returns and exchanges on items within 15 days of
customer receipt of merchandise, except on the purchase of CLEARANCE items. Because all clearance items are heavily discounted for final sales, all sales of clearance items are final sales, and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be honored or allowed.
PZI will only accept returns on items with original packaging with
tags in place. The customer is responsible for shipping any return/exchange back
to PZI. If necessary, the customer can contact PZI Customer Service Department
to schedule a pickup by UPS or FedEx for a regular delivery fee billed to the
customer. Use the Exchange/Return form located on the back of your packing slip
to help process your request. Please call our Customer Service Department at
(678) 387-6660 with any questions concerning your return.
Returns
A $4.25 restocking fee per item will be charged on all returns of merchandise
within the 15 day return period. A new delivery fee will be charged if the
merchandise being returned needs to be picked up from your address. The initial
delivery fee and all other associated fees that were paid at the time of
purchase are not refundable, unless the item was damaged. All refunds on
purchases made by check will be made by check after 14 business days of receipt
of returned merchandise. All refunds on purchases made by credit card will be
made by credit to the same credit card. Please allow at least 14 business days
to see the credit on your credit card.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different merchandise must be done within 15 days of customer
receipt of goods. If the new item(s) purchased are of equal or greater value
than those being returned, a $2.50 restocking fee applies. If the new item(s)
purchased are of lesser value, then there will be a $3.50 restocking fee. If the
items being exchanged require delivery, a new delivery fee applies.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order prior to delivery or pick-up for any reason, or cancel
specific items from your order, then you will only be charged a 5% restock fee
on the items cancelled. If you do not take possession of your merchandise within
2 weeks of purchase, whether it be through inability to accept delivery or
inability to pick up, your order will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation fee
will be charged.
Redelivery Fee
An authorized adult must be home to accept delivery of merchandise please make
sure to provide an address that will have someone available to accept and sign
the delivery ticket. If you need to change your delivery time or date, you must
notify PZI Jeans customer service at least 24 hours prior to delivery or a new
delivery fee may be charged. In the event that your order is returned to us
because several attempts have been made for delivery of your merchandise, you
will be responsible for redelivery and first attempt charges of the goods.
Misuse
PZI will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are damaged due to
accidents, destruction or misuse by the customer. Items that cannot be returned
or exchanged include items with stains, rips, or tears caused by customer.
Refunds
We only refund shipping & handling charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if
the item sent was defective.
