Shipping Policy
Ship-Out Timeframes:
We ship orders from our Distribution Center in 7-14 business days from the time
you order. If we determine that any part of your order will not ship within the
time promised, we will call or notify you via email before the last promised
date (e.g., before the end of the 14th business day. That notice will state that
we will ship the order within the next 1 to 3 business days unless you contact
us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order. If we then learn that we will
be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will call or notify you via
email prior to the revised promised date that we have cancelled the unshipped
portion of your order, and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the
unshipped items. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will
be subject to the terms of our Returns policy below.
Delivery Information:
Packages are normally delivered within 7-14 business days from the day they are
shipped, but please remember these exceptions:
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer from the ship date to arrive.
Items shipped APO/FPO will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within
5-10 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be
subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.
If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your
order, and have still not received it, please contact our customer service
department at 678-387-6660 or e-mail us at
mthomas@pzijeans.com.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates include our handling charges. It is usually
cheaper when you buy multiple items. We ship via UPS or FEDEX, except for APO/FPO
shipping which is shipped through the United States Postal Services.
International and U.S. Territory Shipping:
Please Note: International and U.S. Territory Ordering and Shipping is handled
on a case by case basis with special arrangements with our Customer Service
Department. if you are interested in having merchandise shipped to you overseas,
please call or e-mail our Customer Service Department at 678-387-6660 or
mthomas@pzijeans.com. There may be
additional local custom charges, other fees and policies that we advise you to
look into before ordering.
