Warranty Policy
Innes Clothing Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product
is free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the original
date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal
conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply
to normal wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse,
improper care, or negligence. If Innes Clothing Inc. determines that there is a
covered defect, the product will be replaced, at Innes Clothing Incs’ option,
with the same or similar product. In no event shall Innes Clothing Inc. be
liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of
the use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also
have other rights, which vary from State to State.
Return Policy
Our products have always been made using the highest quality materials, and we
are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We understand,
however, that shopping on the Internet can sometimes result in a purchase that
in some way does not meet your expectations. Our Return Policy ensures your
satisfaction.
All of our products are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a
period of 30 days from the date of receipt. Any unworn, unwashed, or defective
merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of
receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). We will refund
shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake
in the shipment of your order.
At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire
to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at
your convenience.
The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return
amount. Once your return is received by Innes Clothing, it may take up to 14
business days for us to process the return and 2-3 billing cycles to be
reflected on your billing statement.
Please fill out the below RA form below to receive your Return Authorization
Number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
After receiving your RA number, please write that number on the outside of the
shipping carton used to ship the item back to innes Clothing Inc.
All returns are subject to inspection before credit will be issued. Any
non-defective/damaged merchandise must be returned in a resalable condition or
it will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.
