Our Shipping Policy:
Domestic orders are sent by UPS Ground. Orders are sent out in 48 hours. Order
may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered. (Depending on the region
of the US excluding HI and AK shipped US Postal. If you would like us to ship
via US Postal Service to save money, please call or E-Mail us your order and
specify that you wish to ship via USPS.
RETURN POLICY:
We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. You must call our phone
number or E-Mail us for an authorization number to be on the package you return
to us or it will not be accepted. We will handle your return by either promptly
exchanging the item or issuing you a credit. Shipping fees are your cost and not
refundable.
If a package arrives damaged, please call or e-mail us. Claim against a common
carrier must be made by us. Save all packaging for any claims.
