Returns and Warranty Policy:
Electrical Equipment Sales Accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.
Electrical Equipment Sales requires the credit, debit, or check card security
code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the
unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an
individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed
on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American
Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa,
MasterCard).
Currency of transactions is in US dollars.
Before shipping any purchased product for return or warranty you will need to
email or call for a product credit or RMA (Return Material Authorization).
Please provide your order number, date of purchase and/or PO number when
requesting RMA.

Purchased products and equipment can be returned within 30 days of invoice
date. Used products and equipment carry a 30 day warranty; New products carry a
1 year warranty from date of invoice.
There is a 35% restocking fee on returned products and equipment.
Customer must arrange and pay for shipping of any returned product or
equipment.
Customer must arrange and pay for shipping on any product or equipment
sent back under warranty.

We ship both domestically and internationally.
Buyer pays all shipping costs unless agreed to in writing prior to sales.
Shipping charges are calculated using the zip code provided by customer
and upon shipping to a physical street address. Any changes may change or
incur additional shipping & handling charges.
All shipping charges are calculated upon shipping to a residential address
unless otherwise we notified with a legitimate business address.
Product typically ships within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) or
less from the receipt of payment. Normal delivery time from Arizona to
anywhere in the U.S. is 5-7 business days.
