Terms & Conditions
You may call us for pricing and place your order while on the phone. If you prefer you can fax your order to (866) 806-7737 or e mail sales@chagear.com. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Money Orders. We DO NOT ship orders C.O.D.
If paying by credit card, and we receive your order by 3:00pm CST we ship that same day. If using a money order please send it to our main address and we will ship the same day we receive payment.
Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
The parts we manufacture and sell are aftermarket not original equipment. Any reference to manufacturers is for information and cross referencing purposes only.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time due to a prior agreement we are unable to ship our Ring & Pinion and Differential product lines to the state of California. This does NOT apply to our transmission parts line.
Expedited Shipping:
We ship our orders UPS Ground and provide you with a tracking number. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Express for an additional charge. If you require expedited shipping please indicate that in your order.
Warranty:
We warrant to the original purchaser that all new parts sold by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year, unlimited mileage. This warranty will not apply if any part has been damaged or is defective as a result of an accident, misuse, improper installation, negligence, repair or alteration.
To make a warranty claim please contact us for a Return Authorization number. NO returns will be accepted without one. All parts are to be returned to us, freight prepaid. We will issue a credit equal to the original purchase price for all defective parts covered by this warranty. In the event a warranty claim cannot be sustained by us, the parts will be returned to the customer.
