Shipping Policy

United Parcel Service:
Orders are shipped via UPS. Most orders are sent out within 48 hours, however certain items may require more time. You will be notified via e-mail if additional time is required. Orders may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered. (Depending on region of the U.S.) Excluding HI and AK, shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of items and their weight in your order. For expedited shipping methods, please place your order and note the type of service needed. We will provide you with a shipping and handling quote.

Customer Pick-Up:
Customer may use myswingsetstore.com to pre-order their products for pick-up at our Pasadena, California retail store. Please call ahead to find out when your order will be available for pick-up.

Play-Well Truck Delivery:
Certain items are too large or heavy for UPS shipping. These products, as well as all other items, are available for delivery via Play-Well’s delivery trucks. Sandboxes, sand, and rubber mulch are examples of items that can not be shipped via UPS. This service is a curbside drop-off service only. This service is offered at a fixed rate for a 20 mile radius around our Pasadena, California store. Additional fees apply for orders requiring more than one trip, additional mileage, adding a trailer, expedited delivery, delivery attempts, and Saturday delivery. We will contact you via e-mail if additional charges apply.

Common Carrier Delivery:
Customers outside of the Play-Well Truck Delivery range may request common carrier delivery for large items. We will provide a quote for shipping and handling for Common Carrier deliveries. Transit times vary.

Receiving Items:
With common carrier or UPS delivery, customer is responsible for noting any damage or shortages at the time of delivery when signing the delivery receipt. Failure on the part of the customer to note damage on the delivery receipt makes it impossible to file a damage claim with the carrier and any damage therefore becomes the customer’s responsibility. Freight company drivers may try to intimidate customers into not noting damage. If there is any doubt regarding the condition of the shipment be sure insist on noting it in details before signing anything and before the driver leaves.
