Policy and Procedure 

 

GUARANTEE: All products are guaranteed to be true to label, unadulterated and to meet all DEA, FDA, and State requirements. It is the policy of Apex medical to purchase directly from the manufacturer. We do not purchase from any other secondary source.

With new and existing legislation on the federal, state and local level, it is more imperative than ever to be able to verify the authenticity of the products we are supplying to our customers.

We are constantly striving to develop and cultivate new partnerships with manufacturers. With each new addition you will be notified via email and you will be given a 3% discount on products purchased within that first month. We will also be sending periodic specials that you may take advantage of.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A) Cash on delivery.
B) Charge it. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
C) Open Account. Based on approved credit.
D) Payments are made to Apex Medical Distributor at 28298 Constellation Rd., Valencia, CA 91355.

A finance charge of 1½% per month will be charged to all accounts which are past due. Attorney fees added if referral is necessary for collection.

PRICES: Market fluctuations subject prices to change without notice.

DELIVERY TIME & FREIGHT CHARGES: All orders placed by 3:00 pm are shipped promptly the same day. Orders of $150.00 or more are shipped prepaid ground. Add $ 8.00 for S & H on orders under $ 150.00. Minimum of $ 200.00 on orders for refrigerated product required for prepaid shipping. Orders under $ 200.00 will be assessed $ 10.00 for S & H for refrigerated product. COD packages under $150.00 to be assessed $ 13.00 for S & H. Orders requiring special delivery will be assessed freight charges accordingly. Hazardous material shipments may be assessed additional handling charges.

DAMAGED GOODS: Packages showing external damage should be refused at the time of delivery. Internal damage must be reported within 48 hours to Apex Medical Distributor. Save all packing material and damaged boxes in question.

RETURN GOODS: Notify Apex Medical Distributor within 48 hours of any shipping errors. A return authorization will be issued and the correct product will be sent. We will accept all products purchased from Apex Medical Distributor subject to the following conditions:

EXPIRED PRODUCTS: Credit amounts to be determined by manufacturers’ outdated return policy.

UNEXPIRED PRODUCTS: Apex Medical Distributor reserves the right not to accept any returns from inactive accounts, accounts with overdue balances, and/or accounts in the process of being sold. We reserve the right to destroy merchandise returned that is ineligible for credit or sent without prior authorization. All products must be in saleable condition and stored per PDM requirements. No packages will be accepted for credit if returned by USPS. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted for any returns except shipping errors. Special orders and drop shipments are not returnable. No return will be accepted without a RGA# issued by Apex Medical Distributor.
